PVCu Fascia

A comprehensive range of PVC fascias and bargeboards. Swish cellular PVC fascias have the necessary elements to:

  • Provide a full choice of styles for newbuild
  • Replace degraded timber fascias
  • Over-cap existing sound fascias
  • Use colour to co-ordinate with windows and door systems
  • Create individual & traditional roof styles

PVC Fascias are available in a range of depths to suit the majority of applications.

20-25mm Fascias

Jumbo boards are available in 3 designs, Square, Ogee and Bullnose. They are secured directly to the rafter foot and do not require a timber backing board.

Jumbo boards were the first cellular PVC profiles in the UK to be certified by the BBA as load bearing in respect of the weight of the eaves course of tiles and the guttering system.

Jumbo profiles are available in a range of standard sizes and feature a groove to engage the soffit board by push fit.

Square Jumbo
A 20mm thick replacement/newbuild profile with square lower edge. Designed to be fixed to the rafter foot and bear the weight of eaves tiles and guttering without the support of a backing board or tilt fillet. The profile also allows the use of inclined or flat soffits.
Ogee Jumbo
A 20mm thick replacement/newbuild board with an attractive Ogee detail. Designed to be fixed to rafter feet and bear the weight of eaves tiles and guttering without the support of a timber backing board or tilt fillet. Soffit engages by push fit.
Bullnose Jumbo
A 25mm thick replacement/newbuild board with a traditional rounded lower edge. Designed to be fixed to rafter feet and bear the weight of eaves tiles and guttering without the support of a timber backing board or tilt fillet. Soffit engages by push fit.

Capping Boards

Swish capping or refurbishment fascias and bargeboards are available in 3 designs, Cappit, Ogee Cappit and Cappair. They should be fixed to a sound timber backing board.

These refurbishment boards are decorative. The backing board must bear the weight of the eaves course of tiles and the guttering system.

Ogee Cappit and Cappair feature raised ribs on the rear surface to allow movement of air. On Cappair the ribs are cross-routed to increase air movement and reduce the possibility that trapped moisture might cause rot.

Cappit
9mm flat-backed refurbishment fascias or bargeboards for overcapping existing sound timber backing. Square return leg accommodates lay-on soffits. This board is intended as a decorative profile. This board must NOT bear the weight of the eaves course of tiles or the guttering system without the support of backing timber.
Ogee Cappit
9mm fascias and bargeboards with an Ogee detail for refurbishing or overcapping sound existing timber components. Ribs on the reverse of the board to allow the profile to stand off the backing board which promotes the movement of air. Ogee detailing matches the Swish Ogee Jumbo fascia. This board must NOT bear the weight of the eaves course of tiles or the guttering system without the support of backing timber. Cappit has a return leg for lay-on soffits.
Cappair
Swish Cappair is a refurbishment fascia/barge board with raised back ribs, cross-routed to enhance free movement behind the profile, allowing any moisture to evaporate. This board must NOT bear the weight of the eaves course of tiles or the guttering system without the support of backing timber. Cappair has a return leg for lay-on soffits.

M-Boss

M-Boss fascias. A range of square fascia profiles embossed with a decorative grained finish.

M-Boss provides the perfect combination of low-maintenance, cellular PVC with a traditional timber-like appearance, making it very appealing to the consumer. Available in a number of sizes in a 16mm square fascia, the M-Boss fascia range is complemented with matching M-Boss corners and joints.

The M-Boss range responds well to consumer demand for a choice of colours and styles. Offered in White and Anthracite, the fascias can be used in connection with both vented and unvented soffits and a range of matching and contrasting soffit colours.

Box Ends (Vac Form)
A set of vacuum formed box end panels that allow easy fabrication of neat box end solutions without the intricate measuring and cutting normally associated with this procedure.

Roof Ventilation

Building regulations require ventilation to be provided for the roof void according to the pitch and shape of the roof.

Roof void ventilation is required in order to prevent the build up of condensation with consequential damage from rot.

Ventilation may be provided through the soffit or, where a plain soffit is required, over the fascia. Swish supplies a range of options for both situations.

Over Fascia Ventilators

Where a clean soffit is required, Swish Over Fascia Ventilators (C504/C505) provide ventilation and protection for new build and refurbishment projects. Swish Vented Eaves Protector provides support to the roofing felt behind the fascia and the optional bird comb prevents small birds and larger insects from gaining access under the tiles.

Vented Boards

Polo ventilated soffit boards comply with UK Building Regulations for new build and replacement applications and provides the equivalent of either a 10mm or 25mm air path. Boards are 9mm thick.

Venthed Cladding

Polo ventilated Tee Gee and Open V cladding profiles facilitate the creation of deep soffits where enhanced detailing is required. Profiles offer the equivalent of a 10mm continuous air path.

Soffit Vent Strips

The range consists of slotted rigid PVC profiles to meet all roof ventilation requirements for use in conjunction with Swish Gee PeeTM or other soffit boards. Ventilation strips are supplied in 10mm and 25mm air gap configurations as show.

Circular Ventilator

The Circulator Soffit Ventilator fixes with a push/twist action into a 70mm dia. hole drilled into the soffit. Fitted at 200mm centres, it will provide the equivalent of a continuous 10mm wide air path.

Cladding

A full range of robust cellular PVC cladding profiles in traditional styles, with complementary joints, trims and fixings.

Swish cellular PVC cladding is an ideal substitute for timber cladding in that it will not discolour with time, retains its appearance, is virtually maintenance free and is weather resistant. In addition, cellular PVC cladding can significantly improve the thermal performance of buildings, particularly when combined with insulation.

Cladding Profiles

The Swish range of cladding profiles offers a choice of 4 styles, with a comprehensive range of trims and fixings for each type.

Modern cellular PVC cladding is ideal as a replacement for timber and the thin pvc systems much used in the 1960's &ñ 70's.

Cladding (also known as weather boarding) is also much in demand as a material for canopy ceilings, porch soffits and dormer cheeks and is now available in white and foiled colours.

NEW
Swish has launched a new 300mm coverage Shiplap Cladding profile which simulates two 150mm Shiplap boards fitted together. This profile enables elevations to be covered more quickly and efficiently.

Available in White and Cream.

Shiplap
A traditional Shiplap style cladding profile for horizontal installation only. The visible bottom edges are square. Available in 100mm, 150mm and 300 mm sizes. The 300mm unit is a 2 x 150mm Twin Plank profile.
Tee Gee
An almost flush finish, tongue and groove cladding profile forming a small V groove between profiles. This profile may be installed horizontally or vertically. Ideal for use as a soffit board.
Open V
A modern design of cladding, forming a castellated effect with a symmetrical V groove between profiles which gives a sharper overall appearance to the joints. This profile may be installed horizontally or vertically. Ideal for use as a soffit board.
Feather Edge
Swish Feather Edge mimics the traditional, overlapping feather edge style of cladding, providing a rounded bottom edge. This profile is intended for use in horizontal applications only.
Fixings & Sealants
A4 stainless steel fixings. Components do not have to be pre-drilled. Swish Low Modulus Silicone conforms to BS.5889, however, it is NOT suitable for use with polycarbonate sheet. Beware of low quality fixings, silicones and adhesives.

Cladding Trims

Swish has added a large number of cladding trims to the range including:

  • Universal Trim
  • Angle Trim
  • Starter Trim
  • Corner Trim
  • Joints
  • Ventilators

Colours

Swish coloured roofline, cladding, window board and trim products are available in a durable, foiled finish and a self coloured skin.

The appropriate corners, joints and trims are available to match.

Swish colours have the same low-maintenance properties as their white counterparts, requiring the occasional wipe with a damp, soft cloth and mild detergent as necessary.

The colour range of Mahogany, Light Oak, Black and Rosewood complements many of the window, door and conservatory systems currently in use.

Self colour finishes are available in Anthracite (Black), Grey and Sahara Beige.
